Fees
First appointment
Please download and fill out the New Patient Form appropriate for your particular consultation before coming in for your first scheduled appointment. Then bring these forms with you on appointment day. By arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time with completed paperwork, you will find yourself relaxed and fully prepared. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by one of our professional staff who will guide you through a detailed personal tour of our facility and services.
Cancellations
Appointment and Cancellation policy requires a FULL 24 HOURS NOTICE to avoid any charges to your account. Please note that as we make every effort to respect your valuable time, we request that you also make every effort to keep your set appointments. These appointments are reserved times in our schedule and in our facility that are kept specifically for you. A $25 missed appointment fee will be applied to your account should 24 hours notice not be given.
Parking Policy
Chiropractic patients can park free in any available parking spot marked "Essential Chiropractic + Wellness Centre". There are 4 designated chiropractic parking spots at the rear of the building adjacent to the walkway.
All Laser therapy and Massage therapy patients (typically 30-90 minute appointments) must purchase a parking ticket for each appointment ($2.25 per 30 min) from the ticket dispenser in the lot. Then park only in an UNRESERVED space. To avoid any parking ticket, please be particular to park only in UNRESERVED spaces with a purchased ticket for your Laser or Massage appointment.
Payment methods
Payments are made by convenient payment plans which cover multiple visits or a treatment plan. Payment plan installments can be paid by Visa, Master Card, Debit, Cash, or Personal Cheque.
